If you returned your item using a Royal Mail returns label, you can track its progress through their tracking portal here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. You’ll find the tracking number on your proof of postage receipt.

If you set up your return through our returns portal, you can use the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

Once we’ve received your return, this will be processed by our returns team within 72 hours. Please kindly note for any order received on or within the 72 hours on or within the 72 hour time period, on a Sunday, this will not be counted within this processing time scale. Your refund will be issued within 14 days after your return has been processed. We’ll send you an email to let you know as soon as it’s been completed. 

Important: Please keep your proof of return (or take a photo of it) and hold onto it until your refund has been processed, just in case we need to refer to it.
