If you used the RoyalMail returns label, you’ll be able to track the return using RoyalMail’s tracking portal at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. The tracking number will be printed on your proof of postage. If you setup the return via our RoyalMail returns portal, you will be able use the tracking link provided in your email to track the return. We will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your return. You will be sent a notification email once your refund has been processed.
