How do our discount codes work?

Our discount codes are applied to orders on a pro rata basis, meaning each item's price will be reduced by a proportion of the discount code.

Should part of your order be refunded, you will be refunded for the amount paid for the item, which is the total after discounts have been applied. Please note that our promotion codes do not apply to marketplace seller items. The codes can only be used for items sold and delivered by BrandAlley and that are included in the promotion. 

Customer service vouchers can only be applied to items that are sold and delivered by BrandAlley, these cannot be used on items that are sold and delivered by our trusted partners. 

How do you apply a code to your order?

To apply a code to your order, please add the items you wish to purchase to your basket, go to view basket. Once you click this, on the next screen you have a box to enter your discount code. Please click the text 'Add promotional code' this will open up the box for you to add your code. Then click 'Add' which will apply the code to any items that are not part of the exclusions for that code. Please note that if the code does not apply to your items, these will be part of the exclusions for the code. This does not mean the code is not working. 

For mobile users, please follow the above steps, note that the text 'Add promotional code' will be further down the screen, please scroll down the page to see this message to add your code.

Are there any terms and conditions for using a discount code on your order? 

There may be a minimum spend required to be able to use your discount code, please see the details in the email you received the discount code in, as this will state any minimum spend required. 

Please note that some items may be excluded from discount codes. If a code isn’t applying to certain items in your basket, it means those products are not included in the promotion.

I have been issued a customer service voucher, how do I find this?

If you have been issued a customer service voucher to use on an order by our customer service team, you can find these located under the ‘my vouchers’ section of your account.

To locate this, sign on to your Brand Alley account and then click this symbol. Picture3.png

This will give you a drop down menu, here is where you will find the ‘my vouchers’ section.
