Can I cancel or amend my order?

Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel or amend orders once they've been placed, with the exception of pre-sale items.

If you no longer want your order, you're welcome to return it to us once it has been delivered. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to send your parcel back, and your refund will be processed once we've received it.

How do I make a return?

Repackage your unused items securely in their original packaging and send them back to us using a tracked delivery service of your choice. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Repackage your unused items securely in their original packaging.
  2. If returning items from multiple orders, you can send them together in the same parcel.
  3. Include a note inside the parcel with your order number(s). Order numbers begin with UKO followed by 12 digits — please use the letter O, not the number 0.
  4. Send your parcel to the address below using a tracked delivery service, and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Please note: All returned items must be unused, with labels intact and in their original packaging. We're unable to offer exchanges.

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on lingerie, hosiery, earrings, cosmetics and beauty products, or food products containing alcohol. Swimwear can be returned provided the hygiene strips remain intact.
