Marketplace: How to return my order?

To request a return, go to your customer account and select the ['My Orders'](https://www.brandalley.co.uk/sales/order/history/) section. Choose your order and either click 'Return' or select 'How do I return?' from the dropdown menu to open an incident. This sends a request to our partner seller, who will review it and provide return instructions.

Please note:

- Items sold and shipped by a partner seller cannot be returned to the BrandAlley warehouse.
- Returns must be in their original, complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) and sent back in the original shipping packaging.
- Personalised and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- As these items are shipped directly by the brand, our standard returns period does not apply.
- Some brands may charge a return or restocking fee. If so, this will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed in their warehouse, and the brand will confirm the amount when you request your return.

If you have any questions about returning a specific item, you can contact the seller directly: go to ['My Orders'](https://www.brandalley.co.uk/sales/order/history/), select your order, and use the 'message' option next to the item.

If your item is faulty, please include clear images and a description of the issue when raising your return.
