• Pinpoint tarnish – Small tarnish spots resembling brown dots
• Scratches – Fine hairline scratches may be present
• Stone inclusions – Stones may show slight colour variations or natural inclusions

Delivery: £3.95 standard delivery (free on orders over £150). Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Items are shipped in Monica Vinader branded packaging (pouch and box).

Warranty & Repairs: Products purchased in this sale are not covered by Monica Vinader’s 5-year warranty and are not eligible for paid repair services.

Engraving: Engravable pieces can still be taken to a Monica Vinader boutique for free engraving.

Earrings:

• Listings with “earrings” and showing a pair = sold as a pair
• Listings with “single earring” and showing one = sold as a single

Piercing: Items purchased in this sale cannot be used for Monica Vinader’s in-store piercing service. For health and safety reasons, piercers can only use earrings purchased in-store on the same day as your appointment.

• Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, or intense exercise to preserve shine.
• Keep away from extreme temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight.
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, or liquids.
• Store pieces in a soft pouch or lined box (such as our Trinket Box or Jewellery Roll).
• All sterling silver products are treated with an anti-tarnish solution.

Jewellery Care Kit

Our sustainable organic cotton pouch includes everything needed to preserve your jewellery: cleaning spray, reusable polishing cloth, and a soft-bristle brush. Suitable for gold vermeil, solid gold, and sterling silver.

How to use on Precious Metals & Diamonds:

1. Spray jewellery 1–2 times with the cleaning spray.
2. Use the brush to remove any visible dirt.
3. Rinse with clean water.
4. Pat dry with a clean towel.
5. Finish with the polishing cloth.

Gemstones: Delicate by nature—avoid hot water, harsh chemicals, or cleaners. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth.

Pearls: Use a dry, soft cloth only, to maintain their natural lustre.

Corded Bracelets: Wash occasionally with mild soap and lukewarm water, using a soft sponge.
