🚚 Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
• Sold and shipped directly by WATCH & WATCH UK.
• You’ll receive tracking details straight from WATCH & WATCH UK once your order is on its way.

🔄 Returns

• WATCH & WATCH UK will accept unwanted items if your return request is made within 30 days of receipt.
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
• They will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to them without prior request will not be accepted.
• To request a return please send them a message by going to your account and selecting the 'My Orders' section. Once you've selected your order, you will see that the item will have a 'message' option.
• Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

🔹 Refunds

• Once WATCH & WATCH receive your item, they will inspect it and notify you that your return has been received. After the inspection, they will immediately update you on the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, they will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The credit will appear within up to 30 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

🔄 Exhanges

• Should you wish to exchange your purchase for another item, please return the original item using their returns process and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. This ensures that your new item can be shipped to you promptly and the desired item is in stock.
