- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- Sold and shipped directly by Sofa Express.
- You’ll receive tracking details straight from Sofa Express once your order is on its way.
🔄 No Fault returns
- Sofa Express must be notified within 5 days of order delivery if a no fault return is required.
- Goods must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging. You will need to request the drivers leave the packaging for you as they will take it by default.
- A ÂŁ50 restocking fee will be charged per item
- The original delivery charge for the product plus the collection charge will be applied, these can be obtained by request.
⚙️ Faulty returns
- A 12-month manufacturing warranty applies to all products from date of delivery.
- Any faults with products must be reported with photos. If your item is faulty, please send them a message by going to your account and selecting the 'My Orders' section. Once you've selected your order, you will see that the item will have a 'message' option.
- Faults which are present on delivery must be reported on the driver’s paperwork.
