1. Delivery Options

We want your shopping experience to be as smooth and flexible as possible, which is why we offer a range of delivery options at checkout:

  • Economy Delivery: £3.99 (4–7 days)

  • Standard Delivery:  £4.99 (2–4 days)

  • Express Delivery: £7.99 (next-day delivery)

Some larger items from selected sellers may be exempt from delivery charges.

We charge £4.99 for deliveries to Mainland UK and £7.95 for deliveries to Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Please note that some large or bulky items fulfilled directly by our suppliers may incur an additional delivery fee. You’ll find full details on delivery costs on the product description or basket page before checkout.


2. Delivery Times

Delivery times can vary depending on whether our suppliers need to send stock to our warehouse after your purchase. The estimated delivery date for each item is always displayed on the sale page, product page, and again during checkout.

If your order contains items from different sales, we’ll automatically split your delivery so that available items are sent to you as soon as possible.

Express Delivery - Same Day Dispatch (£7.99)

Place your order by 9pm, Monday to Friday, for next day delivery.

Orders placed after 9pm on Friday and before 1pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

Please note: for the following postcodes, delivery will be on Tuesday instead:
BT, TR, PL, EX, IoM, TD, ML, KA, EH, G, KY, FK, PA, PH, DD, AB, IV

For these postcodes, express delivery will take two working days:
HS2, KW16–17, PA61–PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41–44, ZE2–3

Unfortunately, next day delivery is not available for orders to Ireland or the Channel Islands.


3. If You’re Not Home at the Time of Delivery

Royal Mail Deliveries

If you’re not at home when your parcel arrives, Royal Mail will take it back to your local delivery office and leave you a “Something for You” card with details of what to do next.

You can then:

  • Collect your parcel from your local delivery office (address and opening hours will be shown on the card), or

  • Arrange a free re-delivery to your address or another address within your postcode area, or

  • For a small fee of 70p, arrange delivery to your local Post Office branch (payable upon collection).

Please bring proof of ID along with your “Something for You” card.

You can also manage your delivery easily using the Royal Mail App, available on the App Store and Google Play.

Royal Mail will hold your parcel for 18 calendar days before returning it to BrandAlley. If this happens, we’ll issue a full refund once we receive the returned parcel.

FedEx Deliveries

If your order is sent via FedEx and you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier will try to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place.

If that’s not possible, your parcel will be returned to their depot. FedEx will make up to three delivery attempts before sending the parcel back to our warehouse.

We’re unable to resend returned parcels, but we’ll issue a full refund (including delivery charges) once the parcel reaches us. This process may take up to 14 days.


4. Our Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:
Royal Mail, FedEx, and Panther.


5. During Busy Periods

We always strive to meet our delivery promises, but during peak times (such as sale events or holidays), deliveries may take a little longer.

Occasionally, system updates, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events may affect delivery schedules or cut-off times. When that happens, we’ll do everything we can to minimise any delays.

Please note that BrandAlley cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of specific delivery instructions left for the courier.


6. Orders to the Channel Islands

We’re pleased to offer delivery to the Channel Islands. However, VAT is not automatically deducted at checkout.

If you’re placing an order for delivery to the Channel Islands, please contact our Customer Experience Team after checkout, and we’ll process your VAT refund for you.

We’re currently working on a solution to make this process automatic, thank you for your patience while we improve this feature.


7. Marketplace Delivery Costs

Orders sold and delivered directly by our trusted Marketplace sellers are subject to their own delivery fees.

These fees are set by each brand and may vary depending on the items, quantities, and delivery methods selected.

You’ll always see the relevant delivery costs displayed clearly during checkout before completing your order.
