While we take every care to ensure your order is packed perfectly, occasionally an item may be out of stock at the final stage of processing or removed from an order due to unforeseen stock discrepancies. If this has happened, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

If your item was unavailable, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email to let you know that the item cannot be shipped and once the refund has been processed. 

If you believe an item is missing from your parcel, our Customer Experience team will investigate this for you as quickly as possible.
