🔄 Returns

  • Belledorm will accept unwanted items if your return request is made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused and in a resalable condition.

  • Please note if you are returning the order from outside the UK, you are liable for the cost of your return.

📦 Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If you’ve received an incorrect item or something is missing, please let us know within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must not be opened or used for us to process the return or replacement.

⚙️ Faulty Items

  • If your item is faulty, please send them a message by going to your account and selecting the 'My Orders' section. Once you've selected your order, you will see that the item will have a 'message' option. with a short description and images of the issue (if possible).
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of receipt.
  • After this period, a replacement or repair will be offered. Please note: This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
