• Little Mistress will accept unwanted items if your return request is made within 28 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused and in a resalable condition.
• Return costs may vary depending on parcel size and weight.

• RETURN CHARGES
  UK RETURNS - are charged at £5. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.
  To make a return, follow instructions on our despatch note included inside your parcel. If it is missing, email us at enquiries@little-mistress.co.uk.
  
  If you do not wish to use our Returns Portal, you are welcome to return your unwanted item at your own cost to the below address. We advise you always use tracked service. We can't be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

📦 Incorrect or Missing Items

• If you’ve received an incorrect item or something is missing, please let us know within 28 days of delivery.
• Items must not be opened or used for us to process the return or replacement.

⚙️ Faulty Items

• If your item is faulty, please send them a message by going to your account and selecting the 'My Orders' section. Once you've selected your order, you will see that the item will have a 'message' option. with a short description and images of the issue (if possible).
• Refunds are available within 30 days of receipt.
• After this period, a replacement or repair will be offered. Please note: This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
