🔄 Returns

• Erthskin will accept unwanted items if your return request is made within 28 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused and in a resalable condition.
• Return costs may vary depending on parcel size and weight.
• Please follow the instructions to return the product:

• If the customer wants to return the product, he/she/they can return the product to our warehouse address along with the customer name, order no and reason for return attached. Please make sure the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging, otherwise refund/replacement won't be issued. Note that we only provide a free return label on damaged products.

📦 Incorrect or Missing Items

• If you’ve received an incorrect item or something is missing, please let us know within 28 days of delivery.
• Items must not be opened or used for us to process the return or replacement.

⚙️ Faulty Items

• If your item is faulty, please send them a message by going to your account and selecting the 'My Orders' section. Once you've selected your order, you will see that the item will have a 'message' option. with a short description and images of the issue (if possible).
• Refunds are available within 30 days of receipt.
• After this period, a replacement or repair will be offered. Please note: This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
