🔄 Returns

  • EVERAU Australia will accept unwanted items if your return request is made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused and in a resalable condition.

  • Please return the shoes to the following address and please include your order number as your reference. This can be located on your confirmation email.

    Kindly ensure the shoes are packed carefully in their original packaging, with all tags intact. Please note that we can only accept returns in their original condition. If the shoes have been worn or damaged, we kindly ask that you notify us before returning the goods.

    Once you’ve sent the parcel, please provide us with the tracking number so we can monitor its progress and process your refund promptly.

📦 Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If you’ve received an incorrect item or something is missing, please let us know within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must not be opened or used for us to process the return or replacement.
