🔄 Returns

• JAG London will accept unwanted items if your return request is made within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused and in a resalable condition.
• Return costs may vary depending on parcel size and weight.

• For returns please send it to the address below. Please include delivery note attached so we can identify your return. We will not be able to process the refund without the delivery note. We hope you visit our store again.

📦 Incorrect or Missing Items

• If you’ve received an incorrect item or something is missing, please let us know within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must not be opened or used for us to process the return or replacement.

⚙️ Faulty Items

• If your item is faulty, please send them a message by going to your account and selecting the 'My Orders' section. Once you've selected your order, you will see that the item will have a 'message' option. with a short description and images of the issue (if possible).
• Refunds are available within 30 days of receipt.
• After this period, a replacement or repair will be offered. Please note: This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
