The sale products are pieces that did not meet their extremely high-quality control standards and may have minor imperfections.
Below is a list of possible imperfections:
● Dents – Small dents covering a limited area of the product.
● Misshapen – Slightly misshapen but still functional and perfectly wearable.
● Plating colour – May be slightly darker or lighter but remains uniform.
● Pinpoint tarnish – Small tarnish spots resembling brown dots.
● Scratches – Hairline scratches may be present on the product.
● Stone inclusions – The colour of the stone may have slight imperfections.
The delivery charge is £3.95, with free shipping on orders over £150.
You can find the estimated delivery time directly at checkout. Items will be shipped in branded packaging (MV pouch and box).
Returns – You can return items up to 14 days after delivery, provided they are in their original condition. Please use the following link to create your Monica Vinader return:
Warranty Service – Please note that products sold in this sale are not eligible for Monica Vinader's 5-year warranty, and there is no option to pay for repairs.
Engraving Services: For engravable items, customers can take items into a Monica Vinader store to have them engraved for free.
Earrings: Some of earrings are sold as singlets, most are sold as pairs. If a listing is called “earrings” and has a picture of two earrings, it’s a pair. If a listing is called “single earring” or “earring” and the picture has one earring, it’s a single earring.
Piercing: Items purchased at the sale cannot be used for the in-store piercing service. The Monica Vinader piercers only ever use earrings purchased in store on the date and time of an appointment. This is for health and safety reasons so an earring purchased from the sample sale cannot be used for a new piercing at any of our boutiques.
Jewellery Care Guide:
- Remove your jewellery when you are in the bath, swimming or intensely exercising to maintain its quality and shine. Keep your jewellery away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.
- Avoid spraying perfumes and applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery.
- Store your jewellery in a soft pouch or suitably lined box (like our Trinket Box or Jewellery Roll).
- All our sterling silver products are protected with an anti-tarnish solution to help prevent tarnish.

Clean, brighten and preserve your Monica Vinader jewellery. Sourced from sustainable materials, our
organic cotton pouch holds all you need to ensure each piece retains its beauty: a jewellery cleaning
spray, reusable polishing cloth and soft-bristle brush.
From gold vermeil to solid gold and sterling silver, caring for your jewellery will ensure it lasts a lifetime.
Precious Metals and Diamonds:
- Spray your jewellery 1 - 2 times with our cleaning spray.
- Use the brush to remove any visible dirt.
- Rinse with clean water.
- Pat until fully dry with a clean towel.
- Use the polishing cloth to gently polish your jewellery.
Gemstones: Many natural gemstones are quite delicate. Hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should always be avoided. Clean your gemstones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing.
Pearls: Use a dry, soft cloth to clean your pearls to maintain their natural lustre.
Corded Bracelets: Keep your corded friendship bracelets clean by occasionally washing with a soft sponge and mild soap, in lukewarm water.
