It is advised to inform the partner seller of the condition of the product within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Go to your customer account and select the 'My Orders' section. Once you've selected your order, contact the seller by selecting the reason ‘Item not as ordered' or 'item defective' in the incident dropdown menu.
It is important to unpack and inspect your product in the presence of the delivery driver in case the item was damaged during transit. If the carrier refuses to allow unpacking, be sure to note this on the delivery slip.
If you notice that the item is damaged or faulty, please make sure to keep the original packaging.
