🔄 Returns
- eBedding Ltd will accept unwanted items if your return request is made within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused and in a resalable condition.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be accepted.
- Return costs may vary depending on parcel size and weight.
- For a quick and affordable return, we recommend using a low-cost courier such as Hermes (Evri)
📦 Incorrect or Missing Items
- If you’ve received an incorrect item or something is missing, please let us know within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must not be opened or used for us to process the return or replacement.
⚙️ Faulty Items
- If your item is faulty, please send them a message by going to your account and selecting the 'My Orders' section. Once you've selected your order, you will see that the item will have a 'message' option. with a short description and images of the issue (if possible).
- Refunds are available within 30 days of receipt.
- After this period, a replacement or repair will be offered. Please note: This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

- Many products include an additional manufacturer’s guarantee.
